Our signature chocolate is the champagne truffle, made with Dom Perignon champagne, and bears the distinction of “the best champagne truffles on the planet,” according to Zagat Survey. Also, MARK D. ROGERS, Special to the Daily Report says that “ Teuscher's pièce de résistance, the Champagne Truffle, is a gastronomical hand grenade.”
