Teuscher Chocolates in Atlanta uses UPS services for Shipping.
General Shipping Information:
- Teuscher Chocolates is not
responsible for melting during shipping or any errorsmade
by UPS.
- All orders must be shipped over
night: May through September
- Due to the unique nature of
our Products, orders being shipped to warm climates
should be shipped UPS Overnight. If we deem necessary,
we will include icepacks if temperatures will be
above 72 degrees during shipping.
- UPS offers different shipping
options including Overnight, 2 nd Day, Next Afternoon
and for the Atlanta area Ground shipping is also
available.
- Orders requiring Saturday Delivery
are available for an additional $15-$20 depending
on the location.
- All shipping charges are based
on the total shipping weight and packaging size.
Actual shipping cost on the Checkout Page is an
estimate. The final shipping charge will be the
equivalent to the one which appears on the UPS printout.
- The details of your name and
billing address, shipping address and mode of payment
are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors
in information that is provided to us. It is very
important that the shipping information provided
to be correct in order to make sure your delivery
is prompt. This ensures that our customers can enjoy
our products for the full extent of their shelf
life. Teuscher Chocolates cannot be held responsible
for returns caused by incomplete or erroneous delivery
instructions.
- Shipping orders are processed
only during our store business hours. Anything placed
after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
- **No orders are processed over
the weekend. This is to avoid products being stored
in a non-climate controlled shipping facility over
the weekend. (Orders are processed on Mondays before
Holidays only)
- Your order will usually be processed
within 2 business days, except during busy
holiday seasons (THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS,
VALENTINE'S DAY AND EASTER).
